As with other jewelry, it is important to avoid contact with water, cosmetics, cleaning products or sweat. Always put your jewelry aside for sports, cleaning and showering. When you are not wearing your beloved piece, store it in a dry and dark place.
We ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Standard processing time is 2-3 business days from receipt of payment. If you order during the weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.
During busy periods, shipping times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation and tracking number.
